2Tb Hard Drive For Security Cameras

[70 G] My surveillance NVR came with a 2TB hard drive, with 8 cameras it needed more storage. This WD Purple 8TB provided that extra storage capacity.

[250 GB] With SSD price dropping this low, it's hard to pass a deal on 2TB SSD. The drive seems reliable and stays very cool when moving files. As many users reported that their Samsung 870 EVO has 0E issues, this makes Sandisk Ultra a better buy. No issues so far.

[0.275 lb] I bought the Seagate 2tb plus slim external hard drive and this case fit it perfectly. Also, it has a little pouch to keeps my usb wire. Its small enough so that I don’t have to carry around anything bulky with me but big enough to fit some other accessories I might need when I carry around my external hard drive. I love the color and it fits of course in my bag without taking up much room and also fits in the inside of my jacket. I really like how quickly it was delivered and packaged safely. All around a great buy. Recommend it to anyone needed to protect their hard drive.

[22 TB] Replaced a home camera security system that’s been running continuously since 2014. The hard drive in that system was a western digital purple drive. Unquestionable reliability is the reason another WD Purple drive was purchased for the new system.

[16] I purchased this NVR for a simple two camera security system on my home. I bought a separate hard drive, which gave me twice the recording capacity for the same price as one that came pre-installed. Installation was easy, thanks to videos on YouTube. It came with the necessary connectors to install the hard drive. I installed the NVR , along with my cable modern and wifi router, in a pantry and it works fine. It is plugged into a good quality surge protector. It make a bit more noise that I expected, but it is not bothersome. Hopefully it will provide years of service.

[30 G] My Flir DVR Security Camera system had a hard drive failure after several years. I got this as a replacement. Opened DVR Case, unplugged 2 cables on hard drive, removed 4 screws holding the drive, swapped out the old drive for the new and reversed order to put it back together. Formatted drive with DVR and my system is back up and running perfectly now!
