[77 mm (Front)] If you are the type of photographer who likes to mount old 35mm film lenses to your digital camera to obtain a unique look, this lens is for you. The Voiglander 60mm is a modern take on that approach. Built indestructible, the images are clean (free of defect) with some softness providing you with that uniqueness you don't achieve with razor sharp lens such as the OMD 45mm F/1.2 Pro. It's close focusing radius also gives it a 'macro like' performance for close ups. If I want a unique photograph that takes outstanding portraits, this is my go-to lens.

[96 kHz / 24-Bit] Negative Supply makes a very comprehensive system for scanning film in all formats by using a digital camera and a macro lens. I needed to scan 35mm, so I bought the 35mm LED light source, the 35mm Pro Film Carrier, and the Basic Riser (to which I mounted my digital camera). Everything worked perfectly! By using this system, negatives can be scanned quite quickly, doing an entire roll in a few minutes. Mounting the camera on the riser makes the camera perfectly parallel to the film. The film carrier keeps the film flat and, combined for a good macro lens, my scans were very sharp. Negative Supply's website (www.negative.supply) has a complete explanation of the entire system, including videos on how the various components work.

[3.8 x 3.5 x 1"] I have taken photographs for over 50 years with 35mm film cameras, Canon digital cameras, a medium format RB 67 and a 5x7 Deardorff. The combination of this lens on the Leica M10 Monochrome produces images that rival a 5x7 camera, and you can carry it in one hand. Once you see the sharpness and contrast from this lens you are spoiled and other camera / lens systems seem just a bit off. Warning: whenever you're using your other camera systems you'll be wondering how much better the image could be with this lens.

[3.1 x 3 x 0.7"] I have an old 35mm L39-mount lens I wanted to use on a Leica M-4 camera (in addition to the M-mount lens I normally use on that camera). It works very well, and for about fifteen bucks it is far cheaper than buying a 35 mm M-mount lens.

[1x] I use this with a Sony camera to scan 35mm film. It's flawless. I combine with the Essential Film Holder and it works very well.

[0.28 lb] If you've got the F1 and want to use the shotgun attachment, then you need this mount. It's simple and necessary and really performs as promised.
