36 Inch Computer Monitor Stand

[5600K] I am using the Logan Electric A7A with a copy stand, a 36 megapixel digital camera, and a macro lens to scan old 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 inch slides. A mask cut from black construction paper serves to block the portion of the 4 x 5 inch light table that lies outside the slide. The results are surprisingly good; and true scanners for 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 inch slides are both difficult to find and prohibitively expensive. It would be easy to scan 4 x 5 inch transparencies in the same way.

Mounting screws were included with this Impact unit and installation took just a few minutes. The monitor weighs 9 pounds and this mount easily handles that. Adjustments are easy and secure. I am not concerned about the plastic parts. They seem well-made and with a little bit of care should last a long time. For the price, this mount adapter is just what I'm looking for.
