[35.1 lb] I purchased these speakers to replace the 12 inch woofers that were in two PA 121 cabinets originally sold by Mackie Industrial. These were manufactured by RCF in Italy and rebranded as Mackie. The original 12s had basically rotted away and were unusable. I emailed Eminence and they confirmed that this would be a good replacement choice. The build quality of these Eminence speakers is very impressive and professional. When it came to testing, I was very pleasantly surprised! Punchy lows, very clean mids. In my system I have the cabinets set up for bi-amping. The crossover point is set at 3000 HZ. I would describe the sound as very musical and accurate. I also own a pair of QSC K 10s. I did an A-B comparison and found that the Mackie speakers with the eminence 12s sounded very similar to the K 10s but a little cleaner and much, much louder. The efficiency and output level is almost unbelievable at this price point. (about 300w available to each 12 inch and about 50w to each horn) The first time I had an opportunity to use these speakers was at an outdoor 5K race as an announce system at the finish line. We were covering an area about the size of two football fields with several thousand people. The sound was great and the customer was very happy. It sounded like a much larger system. One additional benefit, the cabinets are now noticeably lighter than they were before. That's always a plus! I highly recommend the speaker; you will not be disappointed.

[38.815 lb] I had experience with using the 12 and 15 inch version of these speakers earlier this year with a band I was playing in, and when the need arose for my jazz duo to play an outdoor concert, I got a pair of these. I auditioned them at home for a week, and found the sound to be expansive, clear, and full-range. I used them for the first time this past weekend at an outdoor fund-raiser concert, and they performed magnificently. For once, vocals and my partner's trumpet were clear and cut through the mix. I ported my piano and my backing tracks thru it as well, and everything sounded balanced and clean. This allowed us to use my amp/powered speaker as a monitor, so we had the best of both worlds here. I cannot recommend these speakers enough. They are extremely lightweight given their quality, which is a must for me, and while they were not cheap, they are a great value, costing less than comparable speakers of other, famous brands. The other speakers I considered were heavier and just as expensive, and I doubt they would have sounded any better. And I am considering getting a third one of these to use as a floor wedge monitor for larger venues and larger bands. I'm happy with these and if you need a larger-sized speaker, the 12 and 15 inch variety are also a best bet.

[0.09 lb] About 2 years ago I started replacing the 1/4 inch connectors on my speakers with speakons, which have much greater contact area and therefore more efficient power transfer. The process continues.

[Universal] This case is great. Perfectly fits my 2 Yamaha DHR15 1000W 15-inch speakers. It comes with some extra foam blocks so you can shape it a bit. Casters are buttery smooth. Great case.

[2x AAA] Real deep bass 6.5 inch 28hz- no need for separate subwoofer. Airplay works flawlessly, sound- highs, mids, and lows is amazing. These are the best speakers on the market today hands down. Each speaker has its own computer, Class D amplifiers and are Ortho directional. The app is amazing and you can control the treble and the bass. You can play the speakers together via Bluetooth or separate. I have two both connected to Apple TVs and iPhones. They can stream all my music and also has Spotify that I can access through the Cloud. I can't wait to get the Ortho remote. The speakers can also connect to Android and Microsoft Windows devices. I research all the names and come to find out Teenage Engineering has it all figured out! You will appreciate these speakers, they are truly a reinvented Stig Carlsson OD-11 from 1974.

[23.845 lb] They may look small beside my 28 inch Samsung 4K monitor but the sound of these speakers is way better than one would expect.

[8 x 6 x 2"] Good quality sound. Once we convinced the speakers to leave the mic alone and that them moving it one inch made no difference, no issues (there is a bit of noise when it's turned on and adjusted, buy, you know, it's a mic so...) Overall, good mic. Have used AKG goosenecks in the past, and they tend to be workhorses.
