For the size, it is a definite upgrade over the TV speakers. I used it in combination with my Roku TV and the process couldn't have been easier. Just plug it in with the included HDMI Arc cable and you're good to go. It also includes an optical cable if needed, but HDMI Arc is definitely the way to go if your TV is equipped for it. It comes with a basic battery powered Roku remote. I absolutely love the Roku TV menu and can't live without it. It organizes all of your apps very well and is smooth without any lag. This is a perfect option for people who are not very tech savvy. The speaker itself is extremely solid and well built. Feels like a brick in your hand. Highly recommend.

[15 VDC] I previously wrote a three star review because I couldn't get the app to see the tubes, after some investigating, you must reset the bluetooth on the tube light itself. Do this by pressing and holding all three buttons until the tube blinks blue. After that, I could get the app to see all four. So perhaps when you get them, first thing you do is reset the bluetooth on all four and you will save yourself a few hours of frustration!

[95 dBA] I have this speaker hooked up to my orbit turntable and it sounds great. Love that it has Bluetooth as well!
