8 Channel 720P Digital Video Recorder

[Stand Adapter] I'm using this recorder as part of a single-shooter video rig shooting gymnastics events for a YouTube channel called Grips. Chalk. Flip. This recorder works well with my setup, which includes a Nikon Z6 connected via HDMI to a BlackMagic Video Assist 12g shooting in 10-bit N-Log in ProRes HQ. I'm using 5-6 of the inputs on the Zoom, feeding the mix to the Z6 via one stereo channel and a free run clock timecode from the Zoom F6 to the other stereo channel. Both audio channels are then fed to the BMVA via HDMI. Feeding through the camera rather than direct to the BMVA helps with the HDMI latency from the Z6 by keeping the audio and video in sync. I sync my dailies using Tentacle Sync Studio, which is quick and exports easily into Final Cut Pro X. The 32-bit float is great, too, because in this setup, I can't pay much attention to the audio levels apart from what I hear in the mix, so I don't have to worry about clipping as I can fix it later.

[0.1 lb] The battery is for my son's digital video recorder. It was used extensively for only about 10 days and worked very well, no complains. What will happen later we don't know but hope for best.

[Bowens S] First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE.

[Digital] I've used a 720P HD Flip Video camera for many years and have been quite satisfied with the performance. I use the camera to record repairs to homes and golf carts for the owners of rental homes in my program as well as capturing videos of our travels. This camera puts the Flip to shame for several reasons. The video quality is quite a step up and the ease of download and handling of the videos is so much easier it's ridiculous. The wide angle view captures the entire scene and the huge reduction in panning helps to keep continuity in the intended video.I would like to see a far more instructive manual for it's use. @

[Yes, ] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eufy 720p video baby monitor pan and tilt is everything you can ask for. The camera has a great picture and was very easy to set up. The screen has many options and the Manuel makes the walk thru easy enough kids could use it. If your looking for quality with a sweet price tag look no furthwr.

[0.3 lb] I shoot video mostly 720p & 1080p and I have several older C Mount Lenses.� This adapter is great for putting them on my Z Cam E1 with a Micro 4/3 mount.� The majority of my C Mount Lenses only cover a 2/3" sensor so the results on Micro 4/3 video are a cropped circle, top and bottom are OK, but left and right do show the circle. I'm able to fix that in post by zooming into the area of the circle, so this is no big deal, BUT consider that in most cases you'll need to fix this in camera with a digital zoom or in post.� To avoid loss of sharpness, I shoot one step higher in resolution when I'm going to crop in post.� A few of the C Mount Lenses do fill the frame and there's no need for cropping.

[White] We added these microphones to the Zoom H4n Pro 4 Channel Handy Recorder and had great results when recording a meeting. Clear audio for transcribing.
