I own the a7s iii and the a9 iii and the video quality that comes out of the a7s iii is outstanding. IMHO it blows the a9 iii away. My only wish is that the a7s iii could track animals in video mode. 5 |

[1] Works flawlessly with Sony A1 and Sony A9 III for 4K and 8K HDR videos. Pretty much no waiting after 10 minutes of 8K HDR recording. Does not get hot also. 5 |

[0.875 lb] The usual good Sony build quality but with the new and improved ergonomics from the A9 III. Having both the C5 button and the assignable rear dial added are excellent. I have noticed that the overall fit of the grip to the A9 III bodies is better than what I have with the previous generation grip on my A7RV. My only wish for this setup is the lack of battery handling options. The camera will just draw off both batteries in the grip simultaneously as long as they are near the same charge level. My preference would be to draw down one battery then move to the next which would allow for being able to make battery changes of an individual battery at more convenient times. Hopefully this can be added as a selectable setting in a future firmware update for the A9 III. 5 |

[Black] I wanted to remote fire my SONY a9 so the price is right for this cable and i already have the _PocketWizard PTMM Pre-Trigger Adapter_ https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1000495-REG/pocketwizard_804_525_ptmm_pre_trigger_adapter.html so combined with the PocketWizard PLUS II Transceiver i managed to fire singe shots on mechanical shutter mode,and multiple shots on electronic shutter mode. 5 |

[Magnesium Alloy] I upgraded from my 5d Mark iii of three years and it was the best move! The shutter is quick, in camera functions are fast, and the focus is crisp as ever. Everything I wanted it to do and more! Well worth it. Can’t say I notice a difference with the canon log option though. Would recommend to anyone!! 5 |
