[0.85 lb] Great charger. Works flawlessly for me. I use it with Ansmann AA rechargeable batteries (slimline).

[0.06 lb] -Superb battery life (At 100mw, I get over 8 hours with a pair of rechargeable 2400mh NiMh AA. It will go 14 hours if using lithium AA!) -Excellent sound quality. -Unrivaled reliability. -Smartphone App lets you change settings via dweedle tone. I love the newer, darker finish on them.

[8.65 x 4.4 x 1"] I'm a big fan of rechargeable batteries. Saves a ton of money in the long run. This charger and battery combo is perfect. I love the big LCD display. It lets you know the status of the battery and charging levels which is very helpful. I've had other chargers in the past that would just blink, or give a red/green light. Having a descriptive display is so much better, as you can gauge how much power is left or how much more needs to charge for the batteries to be ready. This is vital. It can also discharge the battery to refresh them. This is also a very handy feature to extend the life of the rechargeable batteries. It will not only charge AA but AAA batteries and I plan to get some AAA's to partner with the AA's that came with this. The batteries themselves work great and last a long time. I'm very impressed with the power and time they give. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

[0.25 lb] I have spent more on AA batteries over the years that was probably twice as much than this rechargeable battery cost. 3 days on the trail cam so far and still going strong. Wish I knew about this item years ago.

[PC, Proprietary] It's called Canon's flagship flash for a reason. This unit is very good. I really like the rechargeable battery instead of the AA batteries of other units. The flash is powerful. It can be a sender or receiver with radio transmission or a optical slave flash. Pricey but worth the money. A step up from the Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT.

[1] This is more than just a charger for your AA/AAA NiMH batteries. The condition feature lets you monitor the health of each battery while keeping them in tip top shape. That way you can revive some batteries that are no longer behaving they way they did when they were new, and remove from service batteries that are no longer holding a full charge. The only downside I've found is that it may not work with some non-Powerex batteries, -you may get a battery fault indication when you put them in the charger even though those batteries will work just fine in a conventional charger. This may be caused by batteries that have an internal impedance/resistance that's different from that of Powerex batteries.

[0.555 lb] The only reason I bought a 4 bay charger first was cost. Charging one set of AA batteries wasn't enough so I purchased the 8 battery charger and am well pleased. The lights for each battery charging progression is why I didn't purchase a less expensive-faster charger.

[0.485 lb] I bought this the same time I bought the ZOOM Q2n and a AA battery charger so I could carry everything in one neat tidy package. This case is quite rugged but has a soft all-around feel to it. For me it works perfectly for storing and transporting the Q2n, a 4-AA battery charger and the batteries as well as other small accessories in the mesh pocket. Excellent little protective case.

[1.5 V] I was asked by Coast to review the ZX AA battery as a field tester. Coast sent me a package that contained 4 AA batteries as well as a charger. The instructions advised to charge the batteries prior to using. The charger is capable of charging 1-4 batteries at a time. The batteries have a USB-C charging slot so it was easy to connect the charger and start that process. The power source end of the charger cleverly is able to be plugged into a USB-A or USB-C adapter. The batteries were fully "recharged" in about 20 minutes. There is an indicator light on each battery for the status of the charging process. I tested 2 batteries in one of my many Coast flashlights. The batteries provided power for just over 4 hours before needing to be recharged. There was no change in brightness of light while the flashlight was on. The recharging process took about 30 minutes. If you are looking for AA rechargeable batteries, these are a nice choice!
