[8 x AA] the Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries are the best there is.

[2x D] I have been getting great performance from the ENELOOP batteries. This was a re-order because I'm using these wherever I use AA-AAA batteries.

[8.65 x 4.4 x 1"] I'm a big fan of rechargeable batteries. Saves a ton of money in the long run. This charger and battery combo is perfect. I love the big LCD display. It lets you know the status of the battery and charging levels which is very helpful. I've had other chargers in the past that would just blink, or give a red/green light. Having a descriptive display is so much better, as you can gauge how much power is left or how much more needs to charge for the batteries to be ready. This is vital. It can also discharge the battery to refresh them. This is also a very handy feature to extend the life of the rechargeable batteries. It will not only charge AA but AAA batteries and I plan to get some AAA's to partner with the AA's that came with this. The batteries themselves work great and last a long time. [0.25 lb] I have spent more on AA batteries over the years that was probably twice as much than this rechargeable battery cost. 3 days on the trail cam so far and still going strong. Wish I knew about this item years ago.

[PC, Proprietary] It's called Canon's flagship flash for a reason. This unit is very good. I really like the rechargeable battery instead of the AA batteries of other units. The flash is powerful. It can be a sender or receiver with radio transmission or a optical slave flash. Pricey but worth the money. A step up from the Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT.

[1.09 lb] I also own the standard Eneloop batteries, but these are even BETTER. These rechargeable batteries easily exceeded my expectation. I decided to by the Eneloop Pro charger kit so I can charge these up. Summary: - These come with 4 x AAs that were precharged via solar energy. - They are 2550mAh NiMH batteries at 1.2V. - If you dont use them, they dont really discharge like most rechargeables. Theyll hold about 85% of their charge over the course of 1 year. - You can use the charger to charge both AAA & AA. - There are charge indicator lights. - It has an integrated, retractable AC plug that makes it nice and portable. - It will automatically shutoff to protect your batteries from overcharging. - You can recharge them up to 500 cycles. The Eneloops Pros are definitely my go-to rechargeable batteries. I used them for the external flashes for my Sony mirrorless cameras, as well as for their transmitters most of the time. These are great for high-drain devices. =]

[0.28 lb] I got these eneloop pro AA's and a charger, based on YouTube reviews that showed how they maintain a charge long term. I've been gradually replacing existing batteries with them. It is so nice to not have to take used batteries for recycling. Also these last much longer than off-the-shelf alkalines, even the brand-name ones. Very happy and I've ordered a set of AAA's

[Stills & Video] Grip was found to be sturdy and well made. The six Eneloop NiMH AA cells fit perfectly and were easy to install in the grip. It easily mated with the Pentax K1-II body and the camera recognized it immediately.
