[Mono] I bought this microphone to record my acoustic guitar and i think that microphone have a perfect cost benefit for this!

[Side Address] One of the best (some would say the best...) microphone in the business, particularly for vocals and lower sound level instruments (acoustic guitar, flute, etc...). Extremely sensitive, very low noise. Picks up the tiniest detail. The switchable polar pattern, integrated low cut filter and 10 dB attenuation pad means you can use them for anything in any situation, couple of switches and you are done. Just did a simultaneous recording with my Schoeps on a flute and these sounded even better, if that was at all possible. More velvet and refinment in the mid tones. You could immediately tell why they are unsurpassed on voice. If you can afford it and don't mind how large they are, this is the quintessential studio mic you need in your arsenal.

[Cardioid] Love this microphone with my acoustic guitar. It sounds wonderful. It's a hearty microphone, a bit bigger than I imagined. I bought the optional fuzzy windscreen too. It takes a 9 volt battery or you can use phantom power from your board or recording device.

[Low Cut/HPF] This microphone is amazing truly amazing and can be used for pretty much anything vocals , acoustic guitar , electric guitar , drum overheads etc. It is a total workhorse! and the quality is truly phenomenal especially given the price! The bass roll off and attenuation pad allow for custom and diverse sound applications its so nice to have choice and diversity in just one microphone, and of course again the quality that comes out of this thing even compared with professional studio work this things competes head to toe couldn't tell any difference, 100% worth it ! get this mic!
