[Bus Powered ] I always take my multiport adapter with me whenever I'm traveling. Super handy especially the ethernet port.

[0.115 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port. This solved everything! Great size (it fits in my case) and allows me to work while I’m traveling- giving me the option of quick internet speeds when WiFi is wonky at the hotel. I’m really impressed and won’t be without this device!

[Bus Powered] I just purchased a new laptop that doesn’t bring Ethernet port. This solution was fantastic and my internet speed (120Mbs) continues the same

[10 W] Add Gigabit Ethernet port to laptop. The Yoga 6 build-in Wi-Fi is unstable, & it doesn't come with Ethernet port. Adding this adapter would allow it to connect the network with stable wired connection. With the extra USB ports, you can connect more accessories such as wireless mouse & keyboard.

[5 V / 2 A] This single-purpose adapter may be more reliable than an Ethernet port combined into a multipurpose USB hub. Still, with all such adapters, you may sometimes need to unplug and re-insert the USB hookup. TP-Link also has a USB-C version; I've purchased many of both types.

[Bus Powered ] I had been searching in vain for a small, humble adapter with VGA, ethernet, and USB-A ports, but *without* pass-through charging. And then I found this little gem, quite literally exactly what I need. All the other docks and adapters from elsewhere either had too much, not enough, or not the right combination of ports—and they were all so expensive it would have made more sense just to buy a new monitor instead. Most importantly, this adapter works. (The Apple multimedia adapter did not play at all nicely with my monitor, and I had to return it.) Although, I do have two small gripes with this Belkin adapter: 1) it scratches _very_ easily, and 2) the lights from the ethernet port are _very_ bright. The case became scratched the day I received it just from being on my desk; this was disappointing, but ultimately I care more that it works (it lives under my laptop stand and will never be seen anyway). And the lights from the ethernet port are so bright, they illuminate too much of the room when working at night. For this I used some black tape to cover the lights and part of the clear bit of the ethernet plug that was magnifying the light. All in all, I will still rate this product 5 stars for being exactly what I need and for being fully functional. I can pretend the scratches aren’t there if I never have to see them, and I was able to successfully block the obnoxiously bright lights.

[9.75 lb] Excellent device, use it for placing one external drive and a port adapter for my laptop.

[Bus Powered] I have a wifi only laptop that I wanted to use to test a newly purchased IP camera on. The adapter allowed me to connect a ethernet cable to my IP camera for testing. After giving the adapter a IP address in the same range as the camera my system connect with the camera perfectly. I would highly recommend this adapter for anyone needing to add ethernet wired access to there wifi laptop.

[16,000 Bytes] I needed to attach an Ethernet cable to a MacBook (of course no ports on the MacBook) so I got this with an adapter so I could use the cable and then the adapter with USB to plug into the laptop. Once the correct driver was installed for the MacBook / adapter all worked great. Instructions for all could be better. Thanks to B&H for super advice and support!

[Cat 6] Not much to say, it's a USB to Ethernet adapter. Works exactly like you would want it to.
