Add External Monitor To Laptop Windows 7

[0.335 lb] A USB-C to DisplayPort adapter was necessary to connect an external monitor to the office supplied Windows laptop. This fairly inexpensive adapter does the job well with no video artifacts while performing typical office tasks. When connected the monitor was instantly recognized by the OS and the adapter didn't cause any issues.

[Yes] Needed to add more Thunderbolt ports to my Windows 11 laptop. Installation was very easy, just plug and play. Three Thunderbolt 4 C ports and one USB 3.2 gen 2 A port does it all. Very happy computer, the hub helps the laptop to work the way I want.

[9.7" / 24.6 cm] This is exactly what I needed to mount the Atomos Ninja V. I haven't tried adding an external mic yet (It should work if it doesn't pick up the cooling fan noise from the Ninja). The hardware that came with the RS 2 pro kit is really designed for adding handles. I could add a monitor but I needed a mini magic arm and quick disconnects. Too much stuff to fool with just to add a recording monitor.

[2.42 lb] I love this external monitor. The color is beautiful. High quality image that's very close to my 1DX Mkiii. You can add luts to it through the included 8 gb SD on the top. And comes with clear screen protector. You can change screens by sweeping or add them by pinching out (which I had to experiment to find out) Each screen can be a different preset or you can add different settings to each screen. And the touch functions are very responsive. After using this a few times, I can see why it's so expensive. It's like an iPad in functionality and external monitor in process. Has screw holes on the sides, bottom and back, but no top. But the screen can auto rotate if you want it upside down from the bottom screw. Uses two L batteries. One L lasts awhile. The one and only thing I would comment as being negative, this thing gets hot! Like a few degrees from being untouchable. Imagine being outside or on set without airflow, I don't understand how this thing doesn't catch fire. I love this thing. It's a great companion to my 1dx mkiii. I can't wait to use it more. I've made a few mistakes in the past which having a bigger screen will help with. Always improving. This is a good step forward.

[6.1 x 3.6 x 1"] I know everyone is talking about MacBook Air's and Pro's, but I purchased this so I could add a 2nd external monitor to my M1 iMac. I'm not a fan of having to cough up the price tag and that Apple doesn't support this natively, but I can say it works like a charm! Since I've been working from home I needed the additional real-estate and I can say that everything looks perfect for me. Setup was quick and easy! I will note, however, for those with 4 ports on the iMac, this needs to be connected to one with the thunderbolt symbol. Install the driver, connect your monitors via HDMI, and setup their position with the Display settings. I wish I wasn't so hesitant and purchased this sooner, but a huge thanks to the team for filling a need!
