[Steel, Aluminum] Works very well. I was concerned it might not work on my glass and steel desk but the clamp is very adjustable and fits just fine. As much as anything I appreciate that the tension is well calibrated so as I move the monitor it stays exactly where I put it which is helpful when side-by-side with another monitor. I do plan to buy a second one soon.

[0.2 lb] The Auray BA-LPR Low-Profile Broadcast Arm with Riser is a big upgrade to my desk setup. Some of my initial thoughts: -The arm is all metal and built well -Assembly was quick and easy, it comes with the tools you need. I was quickly able to get it together and attached to my desk. -The c-clamp is a quality clamp and it's easy to move around -I use it for a mic but you could easily attach other items like small lights to this arm -it's flexible, you can easily position it in whatever configuration you would need Overall, this is a big upgrade from what I was using and I'm super happy with it. [Mic Clip] I have a wide desk, so needed something that was long enough for my needs. This height and length on this arm is perfect for my situation. This boom fit my Baby Bottle Blue Microphone just fine. The tension on the arm is great - not too slack, not too tight. Very satisfied with what I got for the price. One suggestion I have - I know the G-clamp style mounting is pretty common for these booms, but I wish there was some better non-permanent clamp. No matter how hard you tighten them down, they can still flex a bit when you pull the arm. The package does come with a mount you can screw the boom down, but I didn't want to drill any screws.

[0.5 lb] Very good looking monitor arm. It can clamp behind the desk as well as thru the gromet hole (if you have one in your table). The hex key used to assemble the thing is stored inside so no way of losing it. If you you don't have Dell monitor, there is a mounting adapter included which I use.

[30 lb / 13.6 kg] This monitor arm is extremely well made. High quality material (stainless steel and high density plastic). The fittings are perfect. It takes up very little space and is completely adjustable. The step-by-step instructions are done with illustrations. Easy. And as usual, a chat with a knowledgeable B&H customer service representative verified it was the right stand for my monitors. It has options to drill or clamp. If you clamp, make sure the desk thickness will work. The clamp had just enough room to fit my desk and I didn't want to drill.

[5/8"-27 Male] Both the arm and the clamp are well built and feel like they will last a lifetime. The movement is silent and buttery smooth. Once you dial in the tension it stay exactly where you place it every time with zero slop or creep. Also, while it's not in use it neatly tucks away to keep a small footprint on your desk. The reviewer saying it can't hold an SM7B is mistaken as it definitely can. Joe Rogan uses these to hold SM7Bs along with many other hosts. I have an RE20 which is only 1 ounce lighter and it holds it just fine. Granted the knob is a bit small and I could see it being hard to tighten if you had weaker hands but since most mics have movement in their attachment point it's not a huge issue once you set it. It's pricey but it has to be since it's not easy to keep the mic low while remaining strong. Cheaper arms will work as well but typically have to go up and over to have enough strength to hold the mic while fully extended. This will be the last arm you buy so over the lifetime of the product it's well worth it. Keep in mind the reach isn't super long at 29 so the extension arm might be necessary depending on the depth of your desk and where you intend on attaching the clamp.

[Legs] I purchased the clamp instead of connecting the arm through the desk as this would have involved making a hole in the desk. I prefer not to make holes in my furniture and with the clamp, I can relocate the arm easily as needed. Obviously, installation is simple with a clamp.

[<0.5 %] This mobile kits actually pretty nice. The manfrotto desk tripod is quality. The clamp is completely metal, no plastic parts, with strategically placed soft pads that contact the phone casing. It's spring loaded, so it keeps pressure on the phone to keep it in place when moving or bumped. I didn't need the microphone, but always good to have an extra one just in case. Overall quality is excellent! Good deal too!

[2.235 lb] I'm very impressed with this table stand and side arm combo. Set-up was very easy. I plan on using this for video meetings with my phone, or quick video shoots using a phone or GoPro/small camera. One arm holds the light, one holds the phone, and the smartphone clamp has a cold shoe attachment allowing me to mount the mic too. Which is perfect. But with the 2 ballhead mounts it could be used to hold a variety of things like 2 lights, A mic and a light...all kinds of things and multiple uses/scenarios. The build quality is very good. Feels very sturdy and well made. The table clamp attaches easily and feels very firm/secure. The main pole and arms extend a nice distance allowing flexibility during set-up. The twist locks secure everything down well, I was never worried about it slipping or supporting whatever was attached. Smartphone clamp is plastic but does a good job. The side arm attaches easily and securely to the main shaft but can be mounted to the extension of the shaft too. Again, adding to the flexibility of the set-up. Overall, I'm very impressed with this tabletop stand, it's working very well. And I love that it is super portable. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]
