[Yes] After purchasing the Canon R5 body I needed a new card reader for the CFexpress card. The card does get warm and I try not to leave the cards in the reader any longer that needed. The only problem I had was when I had a Lexar SD/ Compact Flash card reader also plugged into the Windows 10 computer. I ended up having to unplug the Lexar card reader and reboot the computer. I do not know if that is a card reader issue or just a computer issue. The reader unloads the card very fast. The other item I saw on another review of card readers is I can't eject the card from Windows 10. I have to pull the card out. Not sure if that will damage the card in the long run but I have been doing that for years on my Compact Flash cards with no issues. 5 |

[500 dpi] I have a fingerprint reader on my laptop and wanted one on the desktop also. Works fine with Windows Hello and Roboform, a secure form filling app. One gotcha is that it didn't automatically download drivers. I downloaded them from the SecuGen website. No problems. 5 |
