[1.75 lb] The Mobile Edge Alienware Vindicator Backpack for 18 Laptop & Gear is everything other reviews said it would be. I did not really want a backpack, I wanted a briefcase style bag, but I cannot seam to find any at good price point with good features that fir the mammoth ROGs. Alienware knocks it out of the park with the Vindicator Series. I want to let you know the actual size of the ASUS ROG G75VW-DS72 laptop. 16.34 x 12.6 x 2.047 thick with a 17.3 diag. screen. All the measurements are exact from the manufacture, verified with a tape measure and tight to the body. The one thing the manufactures do not take into consideration is that the bezels are all different thicknesses, newer laptops are much thinner than their older counterparts, therefor using the screen size as a determining factor is not possible for large format laptops. I took a chance on someone else's review that their ROG laptop fit with room to spare. Look at my pictures and you will actually see it fitting with a little room to spare on the sides and plenty on top. Hope this helps the next person.

[Empty] Very easy to use, perfect size for the 17 laptop alienware custom made, plenty of space for other things(battery, notebook etc) larger tha average but so do the laptop, expect more weight than average bag.

[0.11 lb] I love the new 2x 32GB, or 64 RAM cards, the installation was easy and my Alienware laptop is now maxed out in processing and access speed. Deliverly was next day and the package was in pristine condition.

[8 GB] I purchased this laptop specifically for the integration of Lightroom between my iPhone and laptop. My other laptop is 8 years old and could not handle even the most simple workload with Lightroom. In the past few weeks that I have been using this computer, I have had ZERO issues in running Lightroom for some solid editing. The model I purchased was the intel Core i5 with 16 gb of RAM. The i5 is able to handle up to 64gb so the processor is more than capable of handling every byte of memory for processes. Additionally, I got the i5 due to no internal cooling and believe that the i7 would just get too hot when trying to run multiple applications at the same time. The i5 gets warm, but not unbearable. The Retina display on this laptop is absolutely beautiful. Even pictures that I have edited on my iPhone XS have been reedited after pulling them up on my Macbook Air. Bottom line, if you are getting started in photography, or looking for a laptop alternative to the iPad, the 2020 Macbook Air is more than capable of handling your needs on the go!
