[Black] High quality rack ears made specifically for the Allen & Heath CQ-20B mixer. Easy install, very stout. The CQ-20b is 5 tall sitting on a flat surface with the front angled up. These rack ears hold the unit tilted forward so the front face is perpendicular to the ground. That adds 2 to the height, so rack mounting the CQ-20b takes up 4 rack units. A little expensive but custom designed and well worth the investment, to me at least.

[71 lb] Bought this for a Allen Heath CQ 18-T. This case is Road Ready and Solid! It's well made and a solid case. Better than expected quality!

[542] Does what it's supposed to. Well-designed. What I would expect from Allen & Heath.

[1x USB-B] I've tried the 3 major brands that produce small mixers of this type and (in my opinion) this is the best (by far). The layout and color coding of the dials is the easiest to see while working quickly, the angled positioning of the mixer itself (as opposed to lying flat - as most others do) also makes it far easier to see and operate, the cabinet material (which seems like ABS plastic) is lighter and more durable than other mixers, and (most importantly) I can detect absolutely NO sound coloration when using this mixer. One especially nice feature of this mixer is that it has a PPL circuit (which you won't find on other small mixers) so that you can adjust your mix with headphones before sending it to the main outputs. I should note that the Main Outputs on this mixer are XLR connections - which may leave you without proper cable if you are use to 1/4" outputs (there is also no Control Room Outs - just Main). The only flaw I can mention is that the knobs are a bit close together and difficult to turn in order to do (on the fly) adjustments (such as creative panning and FX control)...however it is a very small mixer so I can't really fault Allen & Heath for that...some practice helps a great deal. I also own the FX model - which is exactly the same as this one - with the addition of an excellent bank of (professional) effects - with presets that increase intensities on some....however Allen & Heath (oddly) does not include the list of effects in their instuction guide (you have to download them from their site - or learn them by ear). The only other comment I have is that (I've found) Customer Service at Allen & Heath (in the UK) to be very poor - and they don't respond to technical questions (such as, "where can I get a list of the built in FX?") - but, if you live in the USA, their US distributor will immediately respond to any questions you have.

[0.55 lb] I bought this little light for a mixer Allen and Heath QU-16,it gooseneck so you can adjust whichever way of light you wanted,it's ambient light is better than directly on surfaces ,it provides more light than enough for this console mixer even in dark lit space. Especially it's made in USA,build for last as a tank.

[< 300 watts] For a case made in China, this is still a really good quality build. While it's made for the Midas M32R, I purchased it for the Allen & Heath SQ-5 (it's a nicer board than the M32R for a whole host of reasons) because I wanted a foam lined case, not a hard rack rail and I haven't been able to find any other manufacturer making the case to accommodate the SQ-5. This case will do it with a little work, which is what I expected. Remember to save your Allen & Heath packing foam, then see my attached photo for details on how to make a SQ-5 fit nicely into this unit. Perhaps ProX will make an SQ-5 case as soon as that mixer gains popularity. Until then, my modification is really nice. (Note: out of the box, this ProX case looks like it will fit the M32R without any modifications.)

[20 W Maximum] Using this device to take AES3 audio from a Allen and Heath SQ7 and embedding it into our SDI feed. Only using one of the inputs for the main L/R feed into channels 1 and 2. Super clean audio coming in from the desk eliminating all of the buzz that existed in our analogue system. Would highly recommend this converter if your Mixer outputs AES3 digital audio and need to get it into your broadcast SDI feed.
