Alpha A6000 Mirrorless Camera Frost Review

[Cardioid] My camera is a Sony Alpha II, which is a very good mirrorless dslr, that takes movies as well. Of course the built in mic is minimal. I tried it out for real at a house concert, with serious audio equipment, and an audience of about 50. The two mics were both pointed at the artist, so it was not really sterio. The sound quality was quite presentable on the external stereo speakers driven from my laptop. My intention is iTunes and Facebook use, not making studio quality audio so it clearly does the job for me.

[Neoprene] For a small camera like the Sony a6000 the OEM camera strap can be cumbersome. The Optech mirrorless strap with it's quick connectors makes it easy to use the camera without the hassle of the strap being in the way, especially when it's on a tripod. I also noticed it to be more comforable on the back of my neck, softer and less abrasive. A great strap choice.

[229.5 lb] Fits perfectly on my Sony a6000 mirrorless camera with an 18-55 zoom or Minolta 28mm with adaptor. It allows me to put my kit in an every day bag when I want to travel light.

[0.315 lb] Recently purchased Sony A6000. Although I have Canon and Nikon Dslr cameras .. I've always been intrigued with mirrorless cameras. With a lot of positive reviews on A6000 .. I decided it was time to see what all the mirrorless chatter is about. Although I've only had camera a few weeks .. I really enjoy using it. It takes sharp photos .. fast focusing .. light/small enough to carry around with me. I can easily see me using A6000 more and more .. leaving my Dlsr(s) at home. In my opinion I can take as good or better photos with A6000....

[1 x Snoot] Sets up and tears down quickly and easily tucked into camera bag. Solid frost and a light grid front diffusers are included. Would not think of shooting talent without using this soft box as it takes the sting out of having to look at the camera and perform. Although it will take away some of your more distant lumens, the eye pleasing qualities of it's output are more than worth the sacrafice.
