[0.115 lb] The Sony Bravia TV has an A/V input with a three-ring mini 3.5 mm headphone jack. This enables you to hook up a VCR or other legacy audio-video device directly to your new TV. The previous adaptor I got from Amazon is a piece of junk. The audio would go out on one side, or there would be a loud hum, unless you fiddled with the adaptor end. This one has the solid right-angle jack, which works perfectly with zero fuss. I was thankful I could find a good adaptor here on B&H. It is getting harder and harder to support our legacy equipment. [Solid-State] Headphone jack to XLR adapters are by far the thing that has caused the most issues for me in the audio world with how often they go bad/have a buzz in them. This is great to instantly get rid of any buzz in the line as well as have an additional point of volume control. 5 |
