[Additional] Upgraded to this from a 2018 MacBook Pro mainly due to needing a faster processor to run photoshop. The M3 Pro chip definitely doesn’t disappoint. I run 2 additional monitors as well as Photoshop, Bridge, FastRaw, and Apple Photos in addition to a Chrome browser switching between multiple different tabs. This MacBook doesn’t flinch! Seems like it is living up to what was advertised thus far! 5 |

[0.65 lb] I've used this with a Macbook Pro from 2018 and my NEC Spectraview monitor on my i9 powerhouse PC and it worked great via the included software as well as NEC's Spectraview software. [2-Year ] I debated and debated and finally upgraded from a regular Ipad 9 from 2018. WOW. Love how it doesn't slow down no matter how many tabs I leave open on it. It's made me more productive and acts as a 2nd monitor to my MacBook Pro. So far loving the purchase. I browse, edit photos, do language learning and it can supplement my MacBook Pro when I want to travel light. (not a laptop replacement, but close to it) 5 |

[USB Bus Power] I was using an older SanDisk Compact Flash reader and after buying a 2018 MacBook Pro w/ USB-C I thought I might see a an improvement in speed of transferring files from my Canon 5D MkIII media...Oh My Goodness this thing is lightning fast. I also like that it does both CF & SD cards in one device and mine came with both USB-C and USB-A cables. Solidly built and a great upgrade. 5 |
