I replaced a USB hub dongle, a DisplayPort hub dongle, and a charging cable with a single ThunderBolt 3 cable to this dock. [Lithium-Ion] It was very easy to follow the video and replace the old MacBook Pro 15 Retina battery. I used a nylon string to remove the adhesive stuck to the laptop and battery instead of the included gum removal liquid sent with this product. Entire replacement time was less than an hour. 5 |

I would say that you could easily hold a Sony a7iii body with a grip, a 70-200 f2.8, 24-70mm f2.8 and a 16-35mm f2.8 inside of this backpack too.
