Apple Macbook Pro M3

[5.3] I like how Apple went with the design of the new MacBook Pro M3. Super fast with an amazing battery. I'm glad to see that they added the MagSafe port again.

[14.2"] Absolutely love my new MacBook! I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, but what I always appreciate about Apple products is that they just work right out of the box with minimal setup and little fuss.  With just a few clicks the transfer assistant had my data from my old MacBook migrated over with ease. This was a big upgrade for me since I was coming from a late 2019 Intel Macbook Pro with only 8GB of RAM. I tend to use a lot of tabs in Safari, while simultaneously working in multiple Adobe Creative Cloud apps, a VMWare virtual Machine, and occasionally SketchUp. While my previous laptop would begrudgingly (slowly) support that workflow, it was increasingly obvious that 8GB of RAM wasn't sufficient for my needs. So after much thought and research I opted for the base M3 Pro chip over the upgraded chip M3 Pro and went with a model with 36 GB of RAM instead, and I couldn't be happier! I look forward to really unlocking the performance of this new M3 Pro Macbook Pro as time goes on.   And the space black color is gorgeous!

[Apple ProMotion] I ordered a new MacBook 14, Space Black with M3 Pro from B&H and couldn't be happier. The MacBook is blazingly fast and was only a small premium over the 15 MacBook Air I was considering. I originally had concerns with the 14 display (I run a 16 MacBook Pro/Intel for work), but the slight smaller size is perfect for portability when mobile, and when at my desk connecting it to dual monitors negates any issue with the smaller display. I'm also pleased with ordering from B&H: the order was quickly processed (arrived days before other vendors) and the price was great. I'll definitely look to B&H again for my next purchase.

[macOS] Bought MacBook Pro 16 M3 Pro with 32GB RAM. It has tremendous power to handle high intense tasks like Finalcut pro, Logic Pro. Battery lasts overlong, no need worry about charging every day. I worked 18 hours continuously, still 20% share left. I don't hear fan sound even on high loads, very efficient Processors. I highly recommend it, worth for the money. BH offers good deals, grab it.

[5.3] I upgraded from the Macbook Pro M1 as I’m editing more with 8K videos in DaVinci. The M3 Pro chip with 12 Core works great for DaVinci Studio whilst still having other programs open. Rendering is way faster. I barely do any 3D or Fusion, so the Pro chip was sufficient.

[3456 x 2234] I’m coming from a 2016 MacBook Pro, I could not believe the speed of my new MacBook Pro M3 Max!!! I’m loving it! This might be my last MacBook for work, what a great machine to go out with! I can see using it in retirement.

[Zipper] I bought this for a 14” MacBook Pro M3. It fits perfectly. The sides are protected so you don’t have to worry about zippers scratching up your new computer.

[36 GB] I bought this 14 M3 Pro MacBook Pro to replace a M1 MacBook Air. The MBA had 4 performance cores, 4 efficency cores, 16 GB of memory and a 1 TB SSD. The model I bought gave me 5 performance cores, 6 efficency cores, 32 GB of memory and a 1 TB SSD. I decided I didn't need the additional GPU cores provided by the M3 Max chip, and the single-core performanc increase over the M1 and M2 generations made this upgrade a no-brainer for me. I also liked that there is a different mix of efficiency cores on the M3 Pro (5/6) versus the M3 Max (10/4); I plan on being fairly mobile with this notebook computer, so I think this mix of GPU and CPU cores will end up providing a better blend of battery life when away / performance when plugged in at my desk.

[2 TB] Upgraded from Macbook Pro with six I9 chips. Loaded to the max it was outstanding computer at that time. The new M3 Max blows that one out of the water in performance. Even better, the new M3 was almost $2K cheaper than the old I9 system. And the Black is very cool color. Very Happy and as always,B&H is always exceptional to do business with.

[Late 2023] I had a MacMini M1 linked to two 27inch displays for my media production and was frustrated that my old laptop was not in sync (old OS) so when I travel I couldn’t work on projects. So during the Black Friday sale at B&H I bought this 2023 MacBook Pro M3. Super happy! Now this sleek and fast MacBook Pro M3 is the new “brain” linked to my two monitors and now I can travel with this laptop containing all my projects as I’m working on them. Grateful for with the great price I got at B&H. Thanks! This is an amazing laptop.
