Apple Magic Keyboard 12.9 6Th Generation

[1.475 lb] I had a 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9 and used the Logitech keyboard folio, which I really liked. I just bought a 6th gen iPad Pro 12.9 and alas, the keyboard portfolio is not compatible. The bigger keyboard/cover form factor just doesn’t work. I ended up buying the Apple keyboard/folio and it’s a piece of junk. Please make a Logitech keyboard folio available for the 6th gen Pro 12.9

[1.8 lb] I bought this to replace the 5 1/2 year old Smart Keyboard for my 3rd generation iPad Pro. I used the old keyboard extensively with the iPad, eventually wearing it out. Given how much I enjoyed using the old keyboard and how long it lasted, it was an easy decision to replace it with essentially the same device. The only difference between the old and new keyboard is the size of the back camera opening, which is larger on this newer version. I also prefer this keyboard over Apple's Magic Keyboard because I can fold it back behind the iPad for reading a book, which the Magic Keyboard doesn't do.

[Yes] I considered the Apple Keyboard's for my new iPad Air 4th generation. I have had both brands before for earlier iPad's. This Logitech keyboard is in the same league as the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio (similar configuration), but has three very important features that are lacking on the Apple keyboard. 1. Backlit keys. 2. Top row of short-cut function keys. 3. Trackpad. So, for less money, you can have a keyboard with much more functionality.

[Yes] The Magic Keyboard is a serious improvement over the original keyboard I purchased for my 2017 iPad Pro, and that was pretty good. But there's really no fair comparison, since the new model is backlit, can charge the Apple Pencil, and appears to be more durable. I like the typing action. Typically, for Apple products, it's pricey, but I feel strongly that I got my money's worth.

[2.05 lb] I have had a few iPads before and I like this one the best so far. I also purchased the Magic Keyboard and the Apple Pen. A great combination. I really like the track pad. I am missing the function keys on the keyboard though. It would be nice to have volume control on the keyboard.

[USB-C ] The Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID is a game-changer. As someone who spends a lot of time typing, I can't describe the relief I felt when I got rid of my clunky old keyboard and switched to this sleek and elegant device. The most significant feature of this keyboard is undoubtedly the Touch ID. Having the ability to log in to my computer and authorize payments with just the touch of my finger is incredibly convenient, especially when I'm in a rush. The keyboard itself is Bluetooth-enabled, so it's easy to connect to my MacBook, iPad, or other Apple devices without any cables getting in the way. The keys are low profile and responsive, providing a satisfying typing experience that's both fast and accurate. One minor downside is that the keyboard doesn't have a backlight, which can make typing in low light a bit tricky. However, the build quality more than makes up for this small limitation. Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with the Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. It has taken my typing experience to a whole new level, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a premium keyboard.

Compared to the Apple Magic Keyboard they both charge via the iPad port, but the keyboard on the Magic Keyboard is not removable which can lead to problems at times. Offers great protection and the keyboard functions just as an Apple branded product. Easy to link with your iPad and works right out of the box. Durable and more lightweight than a Magic Keyboard. Magnet strength is great hold the iPad tightly in place. At half the price if the Apple Magic Keyboard is a better investment. Great value and product!

[10 Days] Greetings, this keyboard is the best thing that ever happened to me and to top it off it is better than Apple's magic keyboard and to top it off it has a back light that activates when you close your hands, it activates itself and turn off alone. I have nothing bad to say about it. I just think that it is better than the apple , it does not have the Touch ID but works fine ... you can continue working . I have a MacBook Pro and use it like a normal pc jejeje with monitor...
