[Yes] Already owned an XT5 for a year and knew it was the best aps-c camera out there... but now that I have the XF 16-50mm f2.8-4.8 I have the lightest, most powerful setup in the solar system... love it.

[52 mm (Front)] This is my second one, would buy again, a best buy at that price, used on crop (aps-c).

[L-Mount] I think its more important to focus on the negatives of the camera because there arent many. Everything else about the camera is exceptional for the price. Negatives 1. Very slow compute power, takes long to turn on, review video/photos, save video date (I use fast cards) 2. Iconography on camera is a bit hard to see 3. Lowlight and backlit subjest slow AF down. 4. Using APS-C lens, the camera forces you into APS-C crop. PLEASE allow users to select the image crop mode regardless of lenses attached. SONY camera allow this. 5. 4k 60fps crop is a bummer.

[Camouflage] Over the years Ive trusted LensCoat for lens covers so when it came to prepare for a trip to Seattle and I needed a rain cover for my ff and aps mirrorless camera and lenses my first choice was LensCoat from B&H. For convenience I only took my aps camera and small lenses and the sleeve worked great.  It was easy to use and protected my gear, just as expected.  Before the trip I tested it with my ff gear and it worked well on those too so Im very pleased.  I dont use long lenses often and that is why I went with the small vs other sizes.

[Full-Frame] I bought this for my Sony a6700 (aps-c) camera to get a 30mm FF FOV for street photography. In this regard, it is excellent. The lens is small, light and inconspicuous. Moreover, the corner sharpness is reasonably good on an APSC sensor compared to a full-frame sensor. Regardless, for this price it is riddiculously good. [As an aside, I own the excellent Sony 20mm 1.8 G and the Viltrox is slightly softer in the center, and especially so in the corners on an A7RV. That is an unfair comparison, however, given the Sony costs 5 times more.]

[SDXC] I didn't think that having a 1 sensor camera would be so great, however, I was wrong. Having used only aps sensor cameras, I am really impressed with the high quality pictures and the myriad of settings that can be set and used. This will be used as my every day camera and I will not be disappointed about the picture quality.

[0.11 lb] High quality item. Works with a 75mm lens on an APS-C camera without vignetting. A big advantage of the Heliopan hood over the comparable B W hood is that you can use a lens cap without having to remove the hood. The B W hood does not accept a cap either on the end of the hood or the front of the lens.

[f/1.8] If you are using an APS-C camera (D3x00, D5x00, or D7x00) this lens will limit your angle of view to 31*, which in turn limits you to what types of pictures you can take. If you prefer to take pictures where your subject is generally 10 feet in distance or closer, then the 35mm is a better bet. That being said, I got a few killer macro shots with this lens. It is a fantastic lens for what it is meant for, a full frame DSLR. I found myself backing up many times to get everything I wanted in frame, and even then ran out of room. You will lose some shots with this lens + APS-C. If you do have the smaller sensor, I'd recommend going with the 35mm first, then picking this lens up 2nd. I've only had this lens a couple days and I already want the 35mm. I have a feeling it will be much more versatile with only slightly worse optics.

I made the transition from APS to full-frame and started off with the Sony A7riii. Wonderful camera in every respect. But I wanted something smaller and lighter for street work, and I felt that 24MP is more than sufficient for what I do. So I bought the A7C body (and then a second A7c body), and these two are my go-to standard cameras, one mounted with either a 24mm f1.4 or the 35mm f1.8, and the other with the 85mm f1.8. A fantastic combination. The A7c has a few drawbacks (e.g., only one memory card), but it is just the right size for me. I am used to the sometimes confusing Sony menus, so no problem there for me; I just used the Fn button for all my menu choices. This camera has excellent image quality, handles beautifully (especially in the silent mode, which I use most of the time), and is the almost ideal form factor.
