[6' / 1.8 m] After purchasing several new Dell Precision workstations and 27 inch touchscreen monitors, we found that we couldn't there was no way to connect the two - the Precision did not accept HDMI and the monitor was not a DisplayPort monitor. Something like this shouldn't be complicated nor expensive and this adapter from IOGear is neither. Additionally the lot of adapters arrived the next day to save our butts. 5 |

[15.6"] One of the best plug and play portable monitors I have used. ASUS should bundle this with their Zenbook duos. 5 |

[96 ppi] Well built, and nice no-logo bezel made this a great candidate for touchscreen use in DAKboard. Touchscreen works perfectly on supported linux device. Strongly recommending to other users. 5 |

[Internal] I have used the ASUS ROG STRIX 32 4K HDR 160 Hz Gaming Monitor for over three months now and I still love it the way I did day one. This ASUS monitor replaced a low-end Samsung 27 monitor that I have had for a long time. Before the Samsung monitor, I had one of the first Gateway 1080P 27 monitors (which was a great gaming monitor in its day). I now wanted a new monitor to replace my Samsung due to my recent computer upgrade (which will easily go to 4K resolution with my new 4070TI Nvidia video card) during the Christmas holidays. I saw the ASUS (and I am a big ASUS fan) here on B&H, researched a little, and decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. I was not disappointed at all, even though the price was a little steeper than what I was looking to spend. This ASUS monitor is very fast, and the colors are vibrant and true. Its stand is one of the best that I have seen and owned. The on-screen menu is very informative with the availability of a few tweaks and features not found on other monitors in this class. If you are into digital creation, this should be one of the monitors for you to consider. Lastly, with an industry leading 2-year warranty from ASUS (register it at ASUS to be sure you are in the system), you can't go wrong if you are in the market looking for a higher quality 32 4K monitor. You can buy the latest PC build, but don't hesitate to upgrade what matters most, the screen on which you work/play. I would definitely buy another one of these ... if I only had room on my desk. Maybe a desk upgrade is in my future ... 5 |

[3840 x 2160] This is a great monitor for photo editing and a bargain compared to comparable monitors. The colors are great, it's a perfect size, and it's well designed. The joy stick to move around the monitor menus is particularly clever. I only have 2 minor complaints. First, the quick setup guide that comes with the monitor is absolutely worthless. Download the manual from the ASUS website before you unpack the box. Second, while the i1 Display Pro profiler is excellent it has only generic instructions on its use. With ASUS written all over the box I expected a detailed description on how to use it with this ASUS monitor. However, if you've ever used a similar device it's not hard to figure out. Overall I couldn't be happier with the purchase. 5 |

[Arm / ] I hung two 23 ASUS monitors on the stand. I couldn't be happier with the performance of this product. Sturdy. Great aesthetics. You would have to whack it with a shovel to knock it off the desk. It occupies a surprisingly small footprint. Cable routing options are practical and accommodating. Tension on the swivel ball is both adjustable and lockable. All that goodness...and it's just a monitor stand! 5 |

[27"] As a film editor/colorist, color accuracy is extremely important to help you move forward with confidence when delivering a final product. I consistently calibrate my monitors weekly and dangling a probe over the monitor can get annoying. For me, having a monitor that calibrates itself, while storying the calibration to the monitor and not the operating system, streamlined my workflow by saving time. It means I can move this monitor to any computer, like my remote setup when on location, and know the color calibration will be consistent across all platforms. I have been using Flanders Scientific monitors for years, but as a Mac user, that means I needed a PC laptop to calibrate the monitor and a video I/o device to output SDI. As a result, I really started using it less because of the inconvenience. Plus, most of the content I create is for web and social media platforms which means 99% of the content is being viewed on a computer or smartphone. I wanted to be working on content in an atmosphere that the end user would be viewing in. There are other monitors at this price point that can seem more enticing. The ASUS PA32DC was similar in price and the spec sheet seemed to be better by comparison. But doing research between Eizo and ASUS shows the biggest difference was reliability and customer service. Eizo has received glowing reviews in the categories that matter most at the end of the day. While ASUS offers an OLED display, I am already using a LG C series OLED tv which is twice the size, half the price, and amazing color accuracy once calibrated. I have included photos that showcase the size comparison to the Flanders, the calibration probe activating, the color profile options and how well thought out the packaging is by including carrying handles for delivery. I will circle back to this review after a couple years of using the monitor to update everyone on the long term performance. 5 |
