Asus X G Station Pro

[3.3' / 1 m] I bought this because I own an Asus Chromebook CX5601 and I wanted a way to dock it and use it with a double monitor setup. This docking station has enabled me to do this seamlessly. This has enabled me to connect my Chromebook with two 4K monitors, a USB keyboard and mouse, and a webcam, and all of it works quickly and flawlessly. Excellent docking station.

[Yes, 2x 2 W] ASUS ProArt is the second one I've purchased over the past 18 months ... one for a PC and the other Mac Pro M1 ... Though I am not an expert in related stats, the monitor is well suited for my photographic needs. I recommend it.

[1x Fan] Online reviews of the Pro-Blade system are mixed, though no-one disputes its quality. For me, this SanDisk system is everything I need for my commercial photography and video business: speed, volume, reliability and compactness. I haven't experienced what another reviewer mentioned about noise. I've run the station with a 4TB drive running all day (and night) without ever hearing the fan. In the days ahead I will have need to feed more "blades" into the station. Perhaps the additional heat will trigger the fan. Regardless, this system beats the heck out of traveling with a bag full of SSD drives and cables. Five stars well deserved. Tom

[6.6 lb] I'm finding the PRO-BLADE STATION with it's proprietary BLADEs impressive. It's efficient, speedy, quiet and meets my data storage requirements. For Windows 11 users, you'll need to initialize each PRO-Blade SSD Magazine in Disk Management at first. Once set up and formatted, you're all set.  I own a 1TB BLADE and use it as my cache scratch disk during graphics editing, a 4TB as a backup disk to my C: system drive and a second 4TB for data. Recommended.

[3.9 lb] This docking station increases the versatility of my new Mac Pro by allowing me to dock with more antiquated devices. I am very happy with it and give it a five-star rating. Wherever my computer goes the IOGEAR is going to accompany it. For me, it is a must-have solution to connect with older devices.

[CR-79, CR-80] This docking station from Plugable works great with my MacBook Pro M2 and has all of the main ports I need when traveling. My only note of critique is when using the ethernet port, the activity indicator light is bright white. It feels like a dance party with flashing lights at times since the light is quite bright. I would prefer that light being less bright.
