Audio Technica Ath G1 Premium Gaming Headset Black

[5 x 4.5 x 2.5"] These earpads are better than the Audio Technica earpads. I have a brand new set of the ATH-M50X headphones and an ATH-M50 set that I've had for years. The old set with the new pads is more comfortable and form-fitting than the new set. These earpads are better at blocking out noise and my wife. I'm not an audiophile knowledgeable in the ways of headphones, but the Audio Technica headphones are very nice wired headphones. Will I buy a set of new earpads to repace the new earpads on my new headphones? All signs point to yes. Not sure when, but it'll happen. So nice. YOU WILL HAVE BUYER'S REMORSE. Sorry, but true. These are 3 to 4 times as expensive as fake leather earpads. Don't worry. If you've made it to the point where you're reading reviews, you already know you're buying these. Product is labeled special order but I got it pretty quick. I cannot say what your experience will be. If you're eco-aware, you won't like the box these come in. A single-use box does not need a magnetic closure. If you're luxury oriented, you'll love the box just before you throw it away.

[Dynamic] I have been using the Audio-Technica ATH-R70x headphones for a couple of weeks now and I find them to be very comfortable to wear for up to an hour and to give a very transparent sound. I typically use these headphones to listen to my live recordings of a local church choir or organ recital, where in some cases I have recordings from two performances and thus have to select the best recording. I am hearing parts of my recordings, both purchased and my own, that I have not heard before (including quite coughs, babies talking, page turns, etc.). I would unequivocally recommend these headphones as good value for the money spent and for their intend use..

[1/4" TRS] A side by side comparison with audio-technica ATH-T22 the Shure headphones do well. Although they cost a little more the bass response is much better. Nice design and they fit well.

[Wideband FM] Nice unit.  Very well built, easy to use.  But weve all come to expect that from the upper level Sennheiser stuff anyway.  It is half rack design and I was able to mount it side by side with an older, Audio Technica 3000 series in my rack by only drilling one hole in the connector plate on bottom...fits nicely.  The picture of the headset mic is a little deceiving; the headband looks large and robust, but that wide section youre looking at is just a thin cloth band that does not conform to the molded wire frame assembly like it looks in the picture.  I think they must have put a lot of starch in it to hold that shape for the product photo.  With that said, the headset is still of decent quality overall and I like the fact that it uses a condenser mic instead of dynamic.  I choose this particular headset because I provide wireless for events that have younger children and the fancier, more expensive ear hanging headset mics do not stay on those tiny ears and heads all that well.  This is a little bulkier but will hold on where the other, sleeker models will fall off.  I like everything about the display on both the transmitter and receiver.  Dont misunderstand me; I like the Audio Technica UHF stuff that is available at this price point.  The Sennheiser electronics and features are literally apples to apples the same as the comparable model Audio Technica, but about $20.00 more for the Sennheiser.  For that extra $20 you get a condenser headset mic (the A/T is dynamic) and a little more robust headset.   Im not walking away wishing I could have had...  This is exactly the headset wireless I wanted.

[Carbon Fiber] This is my first gaming headset and i love it, the build material is really good it feels premium, sound quality is great, DTS surround sound sometime got disabled on windows 10. The mic quality is really clear with many customization thanks to the blue voice software. i think it worth the purchase and thank you for the fast shipping.

The headset from Audio Technica stays on my head a lot better than the Nady wireless. The Audio Technica headset mic is made a lot better than the Nady wireless. The Audio Technica is made out of metal for the headset and the Nady is made out of plastic. I like the Audio Technica a lot better.

[2' (0.61 m)] I brought this to replace the Audio-Technica OEM cable i lost that came with the microphone. This Shure cable makes the microphone sound clearer with less hiss. This cable also feels stronger and higher quality than the Audio-Technica OEM cable. And as a plus, unlike the Audio-Technica OEM cable, the TA3F connection is all black which blends better with all black microphones.

[8.0" (20.3 cm)] Works perfectly! My son has a headset for gaming that has a 4-pin output and needs to split the audio from the mic. Thanks to the detailed description, we bought the correct part and it shipped sooner than promised.
