[64] Good FM sound, easy to tune, portable. Haven't used AM. What else do you want in a radio?

[FM] A little retro, lacking digital service, the analogue AM/FM radio fills a need for a music/news outlet that will fit into tight corners of a kitchen or library and produce surprisingly high quality sound.

[FR4] I received this as a late Father's Day gift on 06/20/18. It was worth the delay. The time display is very clear and does adjust to that just right brightness so as not to blind you at night. The AM/FM radio is very clear for a mono sound. Even has a number of nature sounds to wake up or go sleep too. Radio/Clock has a battery backup using the CR2032 lithium battery. You can even charge your smartphone up by using your USB to cellphone cable. Initial setup was easy, but it takes a few try's to get it right. You will not regret buying this FM/AM Clock Radio or even better if you get it as a gift as I did.

[1x 7 W] Excellent radio, Sensitive and selective. Grabs many AM stations, great FM as well. Earbuds and wire antenna included. Plus Sangean brand name.

[4x AA] I ordered Energizer AA batteries for my new Sony ICF 506 AM/FM radio. Delivered on time. For many, many years I have been a very satisfied customer of B&H - Thank you again for your help.

[FM] I use this receiver for AM/FM radio, CD, and IPod. It is simple, and does the job very well. AB speakers, either or all. Great price. all in all I'm very happy with this unit.

[Camera-Mount] We had a local AM radio station bleeding over into our studio audio feed. We plugged in a few of these and the bleed audio was filtered out. Great solution!

[Black] I have been an AM radio listener for over 60 years. Back in the 1960's most American-made radios were made with pride, lasted forever and sounded great. This Sony radio is a throwback to those old machines. The sound is terrific, with little static, even in normally electronically noisy areas that challenge radios such as the Sangean models. Yes, pre-tuning buttons would be nice, but the tuning light on the front makes finding stations easy. The knobs are all tight and the overall build quality seems good. The FM reception is crisp and clear as well.

[5.3 x 3 x 0.4"] Had 2 ambient mics mounted high in a church. They were only being used for recording - and they were picking up an AM radio station with crystal clarity (770 AM - News Talk Radio 77 to be exact). Only the church didn't want the radio station in the recording ... I installed 1 at each microphone and the radio station went away. They worked like a charm. I tried installing them downstairs at the sound system console - they did not work. I tried installing 2 in series at the console - that didn't work either. You have to install them at the microphone location (usually up high where the radio station is being picked up) - but they work really well. I recommend them highly.
