[0.78 lb] The automatic on/off as recording starts is alone worth the premium. For the past few days I have been recording internal remodeling job and had to move camera around workers quickly, changing angles, tripods, clamps and lenses. The timing was dictated by the situation, not by me. Having a mic that works as an extension of the camera is great - they sleep and wake up together. As for the sound, it's what you'd expect. More than good for that level of boom mic.
