[4 oz / 113 g] I use this for my silver WD Backup Plus Slim external hard drive. It works great or... protects well. Here's my argument for why to buy the horizontal vs. vertical.. Horizontal offers a longer band to hold in the hard drive. More surface area holding it down = better protection. 5 |

[3.5" drive bays] Took apart an old computer, bought this to access the hard drive. Plugged it in and it worked just like any other jump drive or external hard drive. I was able to extract files I hadn't even remembered were on the drive. If you have an old drive with the right connectors, this is a great item to have. Once you place the drive in the box, you have a 'new' external hard drive to use for file storage. 5 |
