[Yes] I have my HD33 sitting on my coffee table projecting directly onto a beige wall. There are 4 windows in the room. Talk about a bright projector, I watch movies, TV, and play games in daylight with an incredible picture. From about 12 feet the picture is over 11 feet diagonally. I bought two pair of the new optoma 3d glasses, they are much brighter than any other 3d I have seen. I am so impressed I have no reason ever to burn cash at a theater again. I bought it with a 3 year warranty and still paid less than anywhere else.

[Tan/Beige] love the color, not the usual black or beige. I really like the fasteners bellow the flap so you can open it but keep the straps tight. Fast top access is a nice feature.
