[Yes] I have my HD33 sitting on my coffee table projecting directly onto a beige wall. There are 4 windows in the room. Talk about a bright projector, I watch movies, TV, and play games in daylight with an incredible picture. From about 12 feet the picture is over 11 feet diagonally. I bought two pair of the new optoma 3d glasses, they are much brighter than any other 3d I have seen. I am so impressed I have no reason ever to burn cash at a theater again. It is all you can ask for if you are wearing shorts, light weight causal pants, sweat pants and top and want to carry your wallet, keys , i-phone. It has many front pockets and 2 deep pockets on the left on the right sides. I can deep carry my i-phone in this. I can place my right hand into the side pocket holding the phone with room to spare.
