It had a rather unique battery that was quite costly. I searched around and found this current unit from BH and it was just what I needed at a much better value. Not only did I get a better product, but I also got it for a better value than just replacing a battery on an older unit. I had been reading reviews from BH and I'm able to say that everything I read was true concerning outstanding service and faster than expected arrival times of products ordered. I am very pleased with this company and I shared their website with another friend who also has a surge protector and battery backup for his security cameras. This unit is Compact, and also has a digital readout. It is also aesthetically appealing to the eyes. If I ever need another product like this, BH is definitely the place that I will get it from. I have it connected in my living room with all of my gaming system. The other day there was a power outage when I was out and I was worried about my game system. When I got home everything was fine.
