[Copper] Need this because my video card, even though having dual DVI , HDMI, and DisplayPort... can't operate three monitors in a DVI + DVI + HDMI configuration. But, DVI + DVI + DisplayPort works.This adapter solved that problem when connecting an external HDMI LCD TV as a third monitoring source for video editing and playback.

[Yes] This HDMI cable is fantastic. I love the quality of the video and audio I get and the quick and easy connection from my laptop to my projector. The terminations are well designed so seems like a very durable cable. I watch movies in HD and this cable brings me no issues. The only downside I would say is that it's very thick making it somewhat difficult to hide compared to similar cables. However, this cable carries a lot more bandwidth so it's worth it. The length is perfect for long distances and wrapping around the living room. I like that it's heavy duty and carries a high speed signal.

[0.9 lb] I needed to a cable to connect my laptop to TVs. Works Perfectly. Even has sound. Used Displayport to HDMI. I haven't tried HDMI to Displayport.

My screen is 2056x1080.� Since this cable is 4K rated, it works great for my extra wide but not 4K large screen.

[Passive] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect to convert DisplayPort to HDMI This Plugable dongle has been working great to convert my DisplayPort output on my computer to work with an HDMI cable. Important note is that this is one-way: DisplayPort to HDMI, not the other way around. I chose to go with an adapter like this, rather than a cable with different DisplayPort and HDMI ends, as this gives me the freedom to change the HDMI cable I'm using with the computer if I want longer or shorter. No complaints!!

It was the length we needed and avoided having to use an adapter from the DisplayPort on the PC to change to HDMI. Highly recommend use of this cable over a double ended HDMI cable and an adapter.
