[USB-A 2.0] I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |

[ 2.5" HDD ] Everything works perfect, it was recognized by my laptop with Windows 10 immediately, without the need to install drivers. However it didn’t connect to my PC Windows XP, which isn’t really promised by description as I know, so it’s ok, but people who still have XP, probably will be disappointed. By the way, other 3TB Transcend HDD connects to my PC without any issues, so it’s unlikely a driver/USB port problem. Shipping was fast and everything came in great condition. I liked experience with this order. 5 |

[f/32] I purchased two to work with both a desktop windows 10 PC and laptop. The webcam was immediately recognized as the default camera. I had to change the audio settings to make the webcam microphone be the default of choice. The quality and area of video behind my face was impressive.
