[1/4" TRS] I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing.

[30x 3-Prong] This Transport is Shockingly Good. I honestly wish I had gone with my 30yrs of Hi End Audio Instincts & tried this before getting another Transport first. Giving it a 5 out 5 rating is an extremely conservative rating, In all Honesty I'd have to give this Component another 3 stars right out of the box.

[PCIe x1] I use this Sound Blaster for my headphones. I love the hi-fi sound quality, the high power and the audio controls. It is a great enhancement!

[3 Hours] Paired with the iOS app, these headphones deserve their reputation. With support for high bitrate audio formats. Add on top of that with a 50hr battery life and you got a winner! The earpads do leave something to be desired, but that is easily fixed with one of many replacements available for just a few dollars. At the End of the day, these headphones are simply fantastic for clear and accurate audio.

[Stereo] The audio from these was stunning out of the box, even compared to my $ bulky headphones. They have AMAZING mid and high tones, and the bass is not overpowering but still has a lot of punch. The noise cancellation is completely unexpected if you are wearing them right. They are very durable compared to anything else in this price range.Overall, they are basically the best audio you can get for $, end of story.

[Omnidirectional] It's an in-expensive solution to capturing spoken audio. Best use for this unit is spoken work capture for example a groom lavaliere at a wedding. I wouldn't use this for high fidelity capture but, that is not what it's intended for. Actually, I would't use a lavaliere mic for high fidelity audio any way.

[CE] I have a lot of experience with the High End Sola wash 19's and the 36's, I like these more. We have had them for about 9 months now and they are still not too loud and we haven't had an issue with them. You will need to buy a clamp and safety cable but with how low the price is compared to their competition I'm not complaining. They have great punch I use them in a full proscenium house and they have no problem cutting through the rest of the rig.

[Download] I had been using the cheaper Hosa 1/4 Y-cable and was randomly experiencing brief audio drop-outs in our headphones. At first I thought it might have been our personal headphone monitor (which is connected to one of the female jacks on this y-cable via a long-run 1/4 cable), but ever since swapping out for this Kopul y-cable, we haven't experienced any drops in audio (knock on wood). The post connections also just feel a bit tighter and the gold plating doesn't hurt I'm sure.
