[34 x 1.5 x 1"] I chose to go with the Audio Technica replacement rather than another manufacturer. Headphones work like new. 5 |

[5 x 4.5 x 2.5"] These earpads are better than the Audio Technica earpads. I have a brand new set of the ATH-M50X headphones and an ATH-M50 set that I've had for years. The old set with the new pads is more comfortable and form-fitting than the new set. These earpads are better at blocking out noise and my wife. I'm not an audiophile knowledgeable in the ways of headphones, but the Audio Technica headphones are very nice wired headphones. Will I buy a set of new earpads to repace the new earpads on my new headphones? All signs point to yes. Not sure when, but it'll happen. So nice. YOU WILL HAVE BUYER'S REMORSE. Sorry, but true. These are 3 to 4 times as expensive as fake leather earpads. Don't worry. If you've made it to the point where you're reading reviews, you already know you're buying these. Product is labeled special order but I got it pretty quick. I cannot say what your experience will be. If you're eco-aware, you won't like the box these come in. A single-use box does not need a magnetic closure. If you're luxury oriented, you'll love the box just before you throw it away. 5 |

[Dynamic] I have been using the Audio-Technica ATH-R70x headphones for a couple of weeks now and I find them to be very comfortable to wear for up to an hour and to give a very transparent sound. I typically use these headphones to listen to my live recordings of a local church choir or organ recital, where in some cases I have recordings from two performances and thus have to select the best recording. I am hearing parts of my recordings, both purchased and my own, that I have not heard before (including quite coughs, babies talking, page turns, etc.). I would unequivocally recommend these headphones as good value for the money spent and for their intend use.. 5 |

[1/4" TRS] A side by side comparison with audio-technica ATH-T22 the Shure headphones do well. Although they cost a little more the bass response is much better. Nice design and they fit well. 5 |

[0.055 lb] I prefer my Audio-technica for mixing but I have a couple other sets of headphones and speakers to reference between. These sound fantastic at a great price. 5 |

[0.175 lb] Saw these headphones listed as PC Magazine's Best for Affordable Studio Headphones, and I totally agree. I haven't used them for any studio stuff, but they're great for gaming and streaming. Very pleased with what you get for the price. Comfortable, great sound, and cool features (can plug into the left or right side, plug has a lock on it, comes with color bands to identify each chord, adjustable head band). 5 |

[1/4" TRS] I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing. 5 |
