[Green] I have purchased many camera bags including shoulder bags, backpack style and sling packs. I have been using film cameras with a couple of extra lenses and a light meter. I needed to quickly access my bag often during a walk around trip. I had problems with all other types except for this Think Tank Retrospective 10. I often go out with a different camera and lens combinations and this bag easily accommodates this change. Just large enough with room to spare but not overly large. Many have commented on how nice the bag looks. I don't write reviews but for this bag I felt like I needed to. 5 |

[Yes] I’ve gone through all sorts I’ll camera bags, from basic backpack style to sling backs and totes. This one has it all: easy access front compartment, laptop sleeve, and even what I call a bonus compartment that easily accommodates my bag lunch. All of this and it’s got a low profile so it’s not sticking out like a rucksack. I was lucky enough to get it on sale for $50 off so I paid for a LowePro bag at an off-brand price. And it looks great! 5 |

[18 x 12.6 x 7"] I sometimes use this for a small camera bag but mostly use it as a general backpack. 5 |

[2.895 lb] This is the perfect bag for everyday running and gunning. It's much more practical than a backpack style bag and the zippered top is an excellent feature. Most of my shooting is family events and I usually use just 2-3 lenses so I have plenty of extra room for the battery charger, card reader, external drive and even a snack or 2. The bag is very well made and I can see this lasting me many, many years. 5 |

I have had this backpack for almost a year and have brought it on trips to Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and all over the US so far. The backpack has held up great through visits to the beach, walks in the drizzle, bumpy bus rides, long walks around cities and everything in between. I love the safe computer case for bringing my laptop with me and the hip and shoulder straps make it easy to adjust the carrying style to the weight and length of the walk. Before buying I had read some concerns about the zipper durability but have experienced no issues on this front, and the main zippers still glide as smooth as they did when brand new. I did lose the two very handy external carry-straps at the airport, and wish there was a more secure way to hold these to the bag, but it was easy to replace them through the PeakDesign website. Sometimes the location of the main opening vs the front pouch can make it a little awkward to access items without flipping the bag over, but I believe this would happen with any suitcase style opening backpack. Size-wise, the backpack is excellent. I have more than enough space inside for what I need, and plenty of options to ties onto the outside if needed (fishing rod, ukelele, jackets, wet clothes, dirty soccer cleats, etc.). All in all, very happy with the backpack. I recommend it to each of my friends looking for a single travel bag 5 |

[Grained Leather] I was looking for a small, messenger style bag to supplement my larger backpack style bag for short excursions where I wouldn't need to take everything. While that sounds easy enough, it was complicated by the desire to carry the Olympus 40-150 f2.8 Pro lens attached to an OMD body and an additional lens or two. This meant finding a bad that was large enough without being too large. The Domke F-803 (with the fa-830 inserted added) hit the sweet spot. The bag is stylish and comfortable and isn't too big or too small. A great bag for my use case. 5 |
