[1x USB-A 2.0] I have used the Plantronics StarSet H31CD Headset for over 33 years as a 911 dispatcher. Obviously, I love this model. It is lightweight, very comfortable, and has good incoming and outgoing sound quality. I would highly recommend you purchase the extended warranty on it, though. I've had several of these headsets last for years, but my last one stopped working right at about 1 year. The extended warranty I purchased on it was well worth the price, as I got a refund on my full purchase price, and put that towards purchasing another one (for which I also purchased another extended warranty).

[Closed-Back] Evergreen Elementary gets a supply of these each fall since no warranty covers a second grader sitting on the headset when he fails to pay attention, etc. The headsets work very well and block out competing student noise (inevitable at this level). Nobody has complained about comfort problems in use. By next year we will have replaced all the headsets in the school-some 300.
