The reviews online and youtube were very conflicting. However after figuring out how to get the keyboard paired with the pc. I absolutely love this keyboard, it has the same keys and feel as if you had bought a surface laptop 3. The unit that I have received so far after everyday use has had no issues with connectivity, no issues with any of the keys at this point seems like a solid keyboard that is going to last for a long time.

[Integrated] I've been using the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard (4000?) for years. I've found that I need to see the keys more often and thought the old keyboard quite large. While looking for low-vision keyboards I found this illuminated model. I thought I'd never adapt to or like a flat keyboard like this but I was so wrong. This is the best keyboard I've ever used. Easy strike, silent, and I can see the keys without bright room lighting -- even without my glasses! A full numbers layout, easy extra function keys, great configuration, easy setup, and a sophisticated appearance. Love it. Highly recommended for everyone at all skill levels.

[Zipper] No aftermarket keyboard works as well as the Microsoft Pro Type. And, B&H had it in stock when no one else did.

[2x AAA] I do not have a Microsoft Surface and I am using the dial on a regular PC. I am using it as a volume control, to scroll, and also to zoom when using a drawing tablet. So far so good. I love the feeling I get when using it and how cool it looks.
