In truth, I have delayed investing in a really good pair of headphones because it was always a tough cost-benefit analysis for me. However, I am also a professional vocalist and have been considering investing in a really good set of earphones that can serve as in-ear stage monitors as well. I am now so glad I purchased these headphones....the dynamic range and accuracy of these headphones is impeccable. The noise-canceling ability is, frankly, scary. I have never achieved such sound immersion and isolation with any other pair of headphones I have owned.

Figuring out the bluetooth connection and the auto turn on/off was a bit confusing at first but overall these are cool, ergonomic headphones. As someone who has hearing problems I avoid using regular headphones in public places. In the past I didn't realize how loud things really were and compensated by increasing the volume on my devices, which lead to hearing damage. If you value your hearing get these.
