[Super35/APS-C] Best budget Anamorphic lens,

[Nikon F] I am a college student with a very limited budget. I recommend this to any indy filmmaker/those starting out. This is a great cine lens. Great built, very smooth aperture ring and focus ring! I would not hesitate to buy another cine lens from Rokinon. Best bang for your buck!

[4.48" / 114 mm] As a film student on a budget, I had done plenty of research before committing to this purchase and I am glad I did. I am even happier that this adapter performs even better that I expected it to after reading and watching reviews. The lens flares are a satisfying diamond blue and perfectly horizontal once you have correctly positioned the adapter in front of the lens. I shoot on a Lumix G7 so I had to get a step-up ring to fit the adapter with the 46mm lens mount. I think getting SLR Magic's anamorphic adapter is a better option than buying a full-on anamorphic lens because you are free to attach it to different zoom or prime lenses with different focal lengths and depths of field.

[0.7 lb] No problems. My 2018 MacBook Pro immediately recognized it. Best capture device I’ve used so far. Works great with my Sony a6400 when running 4K.

[Aluminum] Needed it to recover data from 2 Mac laptop drives (a 2018 Mac AIr and 2019 Mac pro). It read both drives with no problem. Just remember that you will be able to see the files but you need to change the permission on each file before you actually can move or open the files. That is a Mac thing.

[3] I replaced a 2018 laptop moving up to 4TB mostly for image data. The new M3 CPU is fast. The transition was easy - used a backup to bring everything over - easy. Only one issue which is that I use Windows 10 with Parallels. WIndows 10 is not supported with M3 chip. Recommendatiopn - upgrade to Windows11 before transitioning. Save your self a lot of trouble. New laptop exceeds expectations, highly recommended.

[Extended] This laptop is my main computer. It replaced a 2018 MBP. I bought this computer a year after it came out and got a great deal on it. It is so fast that I wish I had bought it sooner. Next time I won't wait five years to replace my main computer.
