Best Business Color Laser Printer 2018

A 5 inch touch screen for ease of function. Equipt with a scanner for document copying and able to accommodate multiple paper sizes for all your needs. [Color] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was looking for a good laser color printer as I start a new business. My current printer is ink jet and not very crisp printing. This printer has a great printing product and bonus (for me) MFP scanning. This printer will serve my new business very well! It even prints stock grid forms.

[Color] This is an excellent Laser Printer for the Home Office and small business. It has easy load paper tray, easy to get to ink toner cartridge, and I really like the flat bed scanner and copier for quick work for copies or scan to pdf. It can be hooked up to ethernet on home network or usb direct to computer. Great size and doesn't take up a lot of space.

[52.48 lb] This is the third Canon Laser Printer we have bought for our business. They work well, provide very little issues for our IT. And the length of time the toner seems to last compared to ink is far superior. I've been told we were constantly working on tech issues with our HP Inkjet printers previously and the Canon seem to be more reliable in this regard.

[Standard] Other than for photos, I switched from inkjet to color laser for business work. Non-photo graphics are great. And you don't have to deal with head clogs which are the coronavirus of inkjet printers. Are supplies more expensive over inkjet? Maybe. But for the past year I have not gotten the summons THE HEADS ARE PLUGGED UP ON THE PRINTER AGAIN. If there is some difference in the overall cost, the peace of mind of not dealing with a problem normal head cleanings do not resolve is well worth it.
