After reviewing many of the third-party pouches available, these LensCoat BatteryPouches fit the bill. [16.8 VDC] As stated in the headline, it works, charges slower so the lithium-ion batteries last longer. I have the fast charger but bought this to condition the batteries over time. Fast charging all the time will shorten the life of your $$ battery. 5 |

[0.1 lb] I purchased the 3400 mAh Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery for my LEDlenser ML6 Lantern so that I would have a spare. The lantern comes with a stock 3000 mAh OEM battery. Using a battery analyzer made for testing of Lithium Ion 18650 batteries, I placed both batteries side by side. I ran four tests that Charged/Discharged and Charged again. I wanted to both exercise the new batteries, as well as compare their performance 3000 mAh vs 3400 mAh. Surprisingly the 3000 mAh battery out performed the 3400 mAh battery by a great deal. This was disappointing to have purchased a top notch battery so I would have extra capacity for my ML6 Lantern. Perhaps the company should question their supplier.
