[500 mW] I recently purchased a Casio Grand Hybrid digital piano ($3,500). Because this piano's internal amplification is relatively low, I found that I was in need of headphones that can get the full sound of the piano without maxing the volume out, which can cause some distortion of sound. The professional grade (and much more expensive) headphones weren't allowing me adequate volume without maxing out the piano's volume control. Not good. Surprisingly, my workhorse, inexpensive JVC HA-S160 headphones does the job beautifully! I get the full sound of this wonderful digital piano at half volume and, therefore, no distortion of my piano. When I play, it sounds like I'm hearing the piano acoustically, rather than through headphones, also helped also by the comfort of these light-weight, comfortable-on-the-ears headphones. I've had these headphones for more than a year, and was using them for a variety of purposes (even allowing my elementary students use of them!), yet I have had no problems. However, I did purchase a Belkin 1.2 m extension cable ($8.99) to allow a more ample reach between me with my headphones on and the 1/4 headphone input jack on the piano. Now, I only use these headphones for playing my digital piano. Honestly, I see no reason at this point to search for a pair of headphones that might do a better job for this particular, but personally very important, use.

[1.015 lb] I use 2 of these connecting my Roland FP30X digital piano to two Roland KC200 Amps. Heavy duty! Best in the business! Highly Recommend!

[Transpose] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a piano already in the house, I was looking for a light portable keyboard that I could move around easily. Not only did I need it to be portable and light, but I needed it to sound good. The RockJam 88 Key Digital Piano Keyboard Piano with Full Size Semi-Weighted Keys fulfills all of those needs. This keyboard sounds good. It is the closest a keyboard can come to sounding like my upright piano without actually being a regular piano. The features are simple to use and the ability to connect to my iPad and use this in Garage Band is huge. My kids love composing their own songs with it. The sustain pedal works well, but I just wish it was weighted a little more. The RockJam 88 Key Digital Piano Keyboard Piano with Full Size Semi-Weighted Keys is a definite 10 in my book!

[Condenser] We use this mic inside our grand piano with the cover closed. Set up is so easy - we can leave it inside and just attach the XLR cable to the external box, mounted on the dolly. And the sound is excellent - much better than the mic on a boom with the cover partly open. Because the lid is closed, there is much less unwanted sound from the rest of the band. Overall, an excellent product.

[Flute] This is an outstanding microphone for micing a closed lid on a grand piano. While we don't need a microphone to enhance the sound in the church sanctuary it is needed to supply sound to monitors and the streaming signal. We have been using the M40 for several years and when the old one failed we immediately purchase a new one.
