[1.61 lb] I ran out of holes to connect Ethernet cables, so I tried to use wireless. After 4 hours of trying to get a wireless extender to work (Netgear) I opted for wired switch, which took less time to get working than the time I took running Cat6e. It was real plug-n-play, my equipment never knew I changed switches. Did I ever tell you I don't like wireless? I get full 1 GB service anywhere in the house. My longest run is 50 ft. 5 |

[DHCP Snooping] Bought this to attach to a 6E extender intending to consolidate entertainment center device wifi. Don't need the 10g or 2.5g ports right now, but wanted something to future proof my setup. Plugged in TV, Streaming Cable Box, HD DVD player, and Sound Bar. Now cable channels come in much faster and overall range for all wifi is great. Primarily looking for switch that I didn't have to constantly reboot to keep online. Other brands are horrible that way, but not QNAP! Love this switch!!! 5 |

[Yes] 1. Router & Extender work well to cover all our devices. Wifi 6 is a game changer. 2. Had issues with setup (really unexpected), and had to factory reset the Extender but worked perfectly after that. 3. Placement may be an issue but you have to reach a balance of distance & free receptacles. 4. No backhauling for my setup. 5. B & H delivery is superior to others. 5 |
