[0.855 lb] I am an injured runner and have been swimming laps for the last few months as my injury is healing. I have always hated swimming, mostly because it is so boring. Ever since I got my shokz and have been able to listen to music in the pool, I have enjoyed swimming a lot more. One day I even swam a few extra laps.

I've always used a light vest so when I received this Coast headlamp I was anxious to give it a try. Note I still used flashing reds on my vest. I was immediately impressed with the dual power capability. It is rechargeable using lithium ion batteries or 3 AAA batteries Coast generously included. It can be charged in or out of the headlamp. There's a port on the lamp and the pack. Also included are a standard USB cable and AC power adapters. The light is bright! With 530 lumens you will have excellent visual. It is adjustable to red for night as well as green useful for hunters. It's lightweight and doesn't weigh on your head. The strap is adjustable and will adjust to hats as well as hardhats. The switches functioned well and focusing the knob was simple and smooth. Overall impression is Coast has designed a well thought out headlamp that's pure quality.

Before I got these headphones I would always have the headphones with the cable attached. These headphones fit snug in your ear, they block out the sound around me while running and I can really zone in and take care of business and not have to worry about anything or even hitting the cable hanging out of my phone. They even come in a small pocket size recharging case that fits anywhere, they give you the C-Charger as well. Highly recommend the product.
