[5°] Great for moving it around for having it close to do web surfing and farther back for movies. Good design, easy to put together and sturdy. The extras are pricey but worth it once you see it all put together if you want to put 2 game consoles and a tower on it as well.

[Twist Lock Seal] Simple and easy to use. Kept my stuff dry. Didn't use the lanyard but instead just put the pouch inside my rash guard pocket while surfing. In other words it was often submerged and still kept everything dry over five consecutive days, surfing twice daily.
