Best G Sync Gaming Monitor 2019

[144 Hz] Great monitor, a big improvement over my previous 32 4K G-Sync Predator. Much lighter, easy to setup. I use it for work and gaming and it works well with both my M1 MacBook Pro (HDMI) and gaming PC build (DP) - compatible with my GeForce RTX 4080.

[1500R] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been gaming for my whole life and this is the BEST monitor I’ve ever used. Can have multiple windows open at same time for multi tasking but also can see more details when I have just one screen open. The picture quality is very impressive and it runs incredibly smooth. It is very user friendly and not hard to set up at all. Basically plug and play. It also has less wires than my previous monitors making for less clutter. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable gaming monitor.

[34"] As of today it is for sure the Best gaming monitor out there without a question. I was a little bit nervous because of the negative reviews but fortunately I am one happy owner.

[0.395 lb] Contacted B&H back in early 2019 regarding an idea to synchronize multiple, stand-alone video cameras during a live concert shoot by using a single remote activated flash, as a clap-stick was not practical. The B&H folks recommended the Yongnuo YN560-IV Speedlite flash unit with it's accompanying remote trigger, the Yongnuo YN560-TX II Manual Flash Controller. The system hasn't been put into heavy duty use, but it's held up well since being purchased in 2019, The flash unit is placed on top of a microphone stand that's visible to all the cameras in use. We roll the cameras at the start of the shoot, and remotely trigger one or two flashes several seconds apart. It does a phenomenal job providing a flash trigger that's allowed us to sync multiple prosumer video cameras to a single 1/60th second frame!!! And thanks to rock solid frame rates across the cameras, we've recorded over an hour without losing sync! We treat the system gently, and remove the batteries when not in use. If you don't have another easy way to sync multiple video cameras, this system is an inexpensive and fantastic way to solve the problem! Would highly recommend it and B&H!!!

[Yes, HDR10] I only bought this monitor for the USB-C DisplayPort AltMode so that I can connect my work laptop to it and share my connected peripherals between my gaming desktop and my laptop. The display is great, I've never used HDR before but I am quite pleased with how everything looks. Wall-mounting was a breeze by adding some spacers between the mounting holes and the bracket. The only complaint I have is the G-Sync compatibility of the monitor. I have a GTX1080 but the monitor's adaptive sync kept causing the screen to go black for a few seconds randomly when playing games that caused the refresh rate to dip too low. It's no longer a problem with adaptive sync disabled but I hope this issue goes away when I pair this display with a RTX4090. However, since it's not a G-Sync Ultimate monitor, I do not really care about the G-Sync compatible feature much. Like other users, I would love to see a hotkey assignment for the USB Port Select as it is tedious to go through the menu each time I want to swap between my desktop and laptop but it's not a big issue for me. Overall, it's a great monitor for a niche group of people and it sure saves a lot of cabling versus using a KVM switch and a USB-C hub.
