I'm currently a remote worker, and this is all that I need to get my office running. And on the plus side, it has a sleek design, which doesn't require much space at all. I also love the fact that it has a cable management clip to help keep things organized. I almost forgot to mention that it has 12 outlets. That itself is a great big plus as well. If you have high end electronics such as tv’s , home theater equipment or computer desk top you’ll need a good quality surge protector at lest 2000 joules or higher I’m using this for my tv and home theater equipment and Wi-Fi router. Also has protection for phone line and network. Surges come from outside when you have a power outage and the electric company restarts your service and from inside of you home, each time your AC turns on and off can cause a surge from inside your home.
