[SATA] I bought this mostly to take an internal drive on my old computer and use this exact drive as an external drive on my new computer. Works well, haven't had any problems.

[1x 2.5" ] This is a very easy enclosure for your internal SSD. Pop in the drive and plug it in and the computer reads it. I used it for an intel based Mac SSD 2015

[Plastic] I needed additional storage for my Mac Laptop. As I couldn't replace the internal hard drive I purchased this and velcro'ed to the back side of the display and used the Kondor 5 right angle USB cable to connect. I had to reformat the drive to use Apple's formatting. Once done the transfer went smooth and fast. Didn't do a speed test although it was faster than a Flash Drive for not much more $$.

[128 GB] This is a great way to keep using an SSD (which was an internal hard drive) as an external hard drive. The directions are much improved from the same model that I bought two months ago. It's easy to insert the SSD into the case if you keep an eye on where parts fit together..

[50 G / 2.0 ms] This is my 2nd one of these drives.  I use them for Super Duper bootable backups of my IMac internal hard drive, as a fail safe for Time Machine.  I use them with an external drive sled connected via USB 3. Seem to work well, and get very little wear as they are only turned on when a backup is made.

[0.1 lb] received on time, unpacked it, put in internal hard drive, turned it on and it worked flawlessly the first time. I now have two of them. I highly recommend it.
